In Marg ERP Software, the Self breakage/expired and waste feature enables user transfer the expired or waste stock to the scrap store,In order to remove Brk/Exp stock in Multi unit setup the user needs to follow below mention steps:

• Firstly, Go to Transactions > Stock Issue > Retail. Press 'Enter'.

A 'Stock Issue Entry' window will appear.

• The user will enter the Date on which user needs to create a stock issue entry of expired stock.

A 'Leaders' window will appear .

The user will select the ledger of 'Self Breakage/Expired/ Waste' .

• A 'Return' window will appear with three options I.e. Manual selection, Expired Before and Quantity.

• The user will select 'Expired Before' option.

In Next window user will feed the Month & Year Up to which month user needs to transfer expiry into scrap store.

• Then press 'Enter' key.

A Company Selection window will appear.

The user will select the companies whose expired item needs to be remove.

Note: The user will Press 'Spacebar' or Plus '+' key to select a particular company or Press Asterisk '*' to select All companies. 

• After following the above steps, the selected companies all expired items in Multi Unit will get loaded into bill.

Then press 'Ctrl+W' and click on 'Yes' to save the entry.

After following the above mentioned steps, all Expired items will be transferred into scrap store in Marg Software.
