• Firstly, Go to Transactions > Stock Issue >

• A 'Ledgers' window will appear in which user needs to select 'Short & Excess' then press 'Enter' key on it.

• A 'Stock Issue' Entry window will appear 

• The user will select item by pressing 'Enter' key on black line.

• An 'Items' window will appear.

• The user will select item and then press 'Enter' key on it to load the item in bill.

• Suppose select 'Acnederm Lot'.

• Now the user will mention the details i.e Qty, Rate.

• Then press 'Ctrl+W' key to save the bill.

• A 'Save Bill' window will appear on which the user needs to click on 'Yes' to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the users can create short & excess entry in Marg Software.
