Process to create Stock Issue Entry of Sample Goods in Marg Software
OVERVIEW OF STOCK ISSUE ENTRY OF SAMPLE GOODS IN MARG SOFTWARE
- A product sample is a sample of a consumer product that is given to the consumer free of cost so that they may try a product before committing to a purchase.
- The selling company may give some goods to its purchaser which is not sold actually but given as sample to use and check then make final decision to purchase ,i.e Free Dairy Products given to taste and check the quality .
PROCESS TO CREATE STOCK ISSUE ENTRY OF SAMPLE GOODS IN MARG SOFTWARE
- Firstly, Go to Transaction > Stock Issue > New.
- A 'Stock Issue Entry' window will appear.
- The user will enter the date of the entry as per the requirement.
- A 'Ledgers' window will appear.
- The user will select the party as per the requirement.
- Suppose select ‘Ahuja Medicine Centre’.
- Now when the cursor will stop on the sale type then press 'Spacebar' or 'F2' key on it. If the Cursor not wait sale type
- The user will select the sale type 'Sample' and press 'Enter' key. All Sale Type not show
- The user will select the item as per the requirement.
- Suppose select 'Acnederm Lot'.
- Press 'Ctrl+W' key to save bill.
- Then click on 'Yes' to save the bill.
After following the above steps, the user can create Stock Issue entry of Sample bill in Marg Software.
