Overview: In Marg software there is an option available to mail selected bill or transaction in PDF format which is used by user to mail particular copy of bill in PDF format.

In order to mail stock receive transaction in PDF format follow the given steps:

• Go to Transactions > Stock Receive > Modify. Press Enter.

• A Modify Window will appear.
•  Then user will select the options as per the requirement like bill date, bill number etc. 

• Now Stock receives as on window will appear.
• Now user will press F11 key.
• An Email window will appear.
• Then click on “Email bill format in PDF”.

• Then a Printing format window will appear.
• Now select the format in which user wants to mail stock receive bill.

• After that Printing Port window will appear.
• Select printing port as per the requirement.

After following the above steps the user can mail selected stock receive entry.
