In order to mail Stock Valuation Report, the user will follow the below steps:

Note: To use this option, the software must configured with E-mail Setup.

• Firstly, Go to Stocks > Stock Valuation. 

• A 'Stock Valuation' window will appear.

• In ‘Stock as on’, the user will enter the date that till when the user needs to mail the stock report.

• In 'Stock Status' option, the user will select 'Whole'.

• Then click on 'Accept'.

• A 'Stock Valuation' window will appear.

• Press 'Alt+P' on it.

• A 'Report' window will appear.

• Select 'Stock Statement'.

• An 'Index On' window will appear in which the user will select index as per the report.

• Suppose select 'Group Type'.

• Now select on which basis the report needs to be generated.

• Suppose select 'Company'.

• A 'Company' window will appear.

• In 'Separate Printing' option, the user will select report format as per the requirement.

• Suppose select 'Summary'. Press 'Enter'.

• Then click on 'View'.

• Now in order to mail report, click on email icon which displays bottom of the screen.

• Select printer port and then click on 'Okay'.

• Now a 'Marg Mailer' window will appear in which the user will mention the necessary details.

• Then click on 'E-Mail' button.
