• Go to Stocks > Stock Valuation.

• A 'Stock Valuation' window will appear.

• The user will mention the date upto which the report needs to be viewed.

• In 'Stock Status' option the user will select 'Whole' and select other options as per the requirement.

• Then click on 'Accept'.

• Now the user will press 'ALT+P'.

• A 'Report window' will appear where the user will select 'Stock Statement'.

• The user will select 'Alphabetic'.

• An 'Alphabetic' window will appear.

• Then user will mention the alphabets from which to which the report needs to be viewed.

• Now click on View/Print/Excel as per the requirement.

• Suppose click on 'View'.

After following the above steps, the user can view stock valuation report of mentioned alphabets.

Suppose mentioned from 'A' to 'D', so the user can view the software has generated all the items from alphabet 'A' to 'D'.
