• Go to Stocks > Stock Valuation.

• The user will mention the date upto which the report needs to be viewed.
• In 'Stock Status' option, the user will select 'Whole' and select other options as per the requirement.

• Click on 'Accept' button.

• Now the user will press 'ALT+P' key.

• The user will select 'Stock Statement'.

• The user will select 'Alphabetic'.

• Then the user will mention the alphabet from which the report needs to be viewed.
• Now, click on View/Print/Excel as per the requirement.
• Suppose click on 'View'.

After following the above steps, the user can view the stock valuation report of mentioned alphabet in Marg ERP Software.

Suppose mentioned from 'A' to 'D', so the user can view the software has generated all the items from alphabet 'A' to 'D'.
