1. Firstly, Go to Stocks > Stock Valuation. Press Enter.

2. A Stock Valuation window will appear.

• In ‘Stock as on’, the user will enter the date that till when the user wants to view the stock.

• In ‘Stock Status’, if the user wants to value both the available and unavailable stock, then choose ‘Whole’ OR to only value the available stock choose ‘Available’.

3. Now, in 'More options', the user will select "Yes".

4. A More options for stock valuation window will appear. In 'Unit', the user will mention the 1st & 2nd unit according to the requirement then press page down key.

5. Then click on Accept.

6. Now, stock valuation report will display. Press Alt+P.

7. A Report window will appear. Select Stock Statement.

8. An index on window will appear in which user will select index of the report according to the requirement then press enter key.

9. In next window user will select Report type i.e. Separate or Summary from the drop down and the press page down.

10. Now, click on Excel tab to generate report in excel format.
