In order to know the process the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Stocks > Stock Valuation.

• The user will select the store as per the requirement 
• Suppose select 'Whole' and press 'Enter' key.

Note: The user will press 'Spacebar' key or Plus '+' key to select a particular Store or press Asterisk '*' key to select All Stores. 

• Click on 'Accept' button.

• Press 'Alt+P' key.

• Click on 'Stock Statement' option.

• The user will click on 'Group type' option.

• Click on 'Company' option.

• Press 'Pagedown' key.

• Now, the user will click on 'View / Print / Excel' button as per the requirement.
• Suppose select 'View'.

• Click on 'Pdf' icon.

• Now, the user will click on 'PDF' button.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the PDF will be generated in Marg ERP Software.
