How to set Marg Software should display Actual and Free qty display Separately at the time of viewing Stock Valuation Report?

  • Go to Stock > Stock valuation .

  • A 'Stock Valuation' window will appear.
  • In 'Stock as on', the user will mention the date upto which date report needs to be viewed.
  • In 'Stock Status', the user will select 'Whole'.

  • The user will select other options as per the requirement.
  • Click on 'Accept'.

  • A 'Stock Valuation' window will appear.
  • The user will press 'Alt+P' key.

  • A 'Report' window will appear.
  • The user will select 'Stock Register'.

  • A 'Stock Register Printing' window will appear.
  • In 'Qty + Free', the user will select 'Qty + Free'.
  • The user will select other options as per the requirement.
  •  Click on 'Ok'. 

After following the above steps, the user can view stock valuation report with Actual and free qty in Marg Software.
