In order to replace all 'Mail To' fields with Party name, the user will follow the below steps:

Note: Firstly, the user needs to Take Backup of the data.

• Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Structure/Junk Verification > Direct Command.

• A 'Direct Command' window will appear. Enter the Password.

• A 'Command' window will appear.

• Enter command 'Select Order' then press 'Enter' and type 'BROW'.

• Then click on Run.

• Now a Order file will get appear.

• The user will minimize that file.

• In the next window, the user will type ( REPL ALL MAILNAM WITH PARNAM ).

• Then click on 'Run'.

• Then click on 'Exit' button.

After following above steps, Mail To field will get replaced with Party name in all ledgers.
