In Marg Software, the user can easily remove the all Ledger Opening Balance.

In order to  replace the contact person field with mail to Name field, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Structure/Junk Verification >Direct Command.

• A 'Direct Command' window will appear.

• The user will enter the password.

• A 'Command' window will appear.

• The user will type 'SELECT ORDER'. Press enter and type 'BROWS'.

• Click on 'Run'.

• The 'Order' file will displayed and the user will minimize that file.

• Again type 'REPL All OPNING WITH 0' and click on 'Run'.

• Then click on 'Exit' tab to exit from this window.

After following the above steps, the opening balance will be deleted from all the ledger.
