In Marg Software, the user can easily replace, All Item Cost with the Purchase Rate at once .

Note: Firstly, the user needs to Take Backup of the data.

In order to replace All Item Cost with the Purchase Rate, the user needs to follow below steps: 

• Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Multi Editing > Item Master multi editing.

• Then, the 'Item Master Multi Editing' window will appear. 

• In 'Stock As On', the user will mention the date upto which Stock Cost needs to be change.

• Click on 'Accept'.

• A 'Closing Stock' window will appear. 

• Then press 'Enter' key and select 'All Items'.

• An 'Item Master Multi Editing' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Yes' in the option (As Shown Below).

• Then, replace 'Cost with Purc. Rate.'.

• The user will Type < SURE >.

After following the above steps, the All Item Cost will get replaced with the Purchase Rate.

1. Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Structure/Junk Verification > Direct Command.

2. The 'Direct Command' window appears in which the user will enter the password.

3. Then press 'Enter' key.

4. A 'Command' window appear. Enter command 'Select PRO' press 'Enter' key and type BROW. Click on Run.

5. A 'PRO file' will appear. The user has to press the 'ESC' key.

6. In the next window, the user will type (REPL ALL LPRATE WITH PRATE). Click on 'Run'.

7. Now click on the 'Exit' button.
