If " There is some Transaction Entry on dd/mm/yyyy " alert appear while deleting Item but Item Register is Blank then how to resolve it in Marg ERP Software ?

Cause:

This error appears due to the user having entered stock in the item through 'Insert' key and after inserting the stock software has auto-created a transaction of an item that will not display in Item Register.

Solution:

In order to remove the inserted Stock entry, the user needs to follow the below steps:

  • Go to Transactions > Purchase > Inserted Stock.

  • The user can view the 'Isonex Forte' inserted stock entry and press 'Delete' key.

  • Click on 'Yes' button.

  • Now, the user will press 'Esc' key and click on 'Yes'.

After following the above steps, the user can view ' There is some Transaction Entry on dd/mm/yyyy ' alert will get resolved while deleting Item in Marg ERP Software.

1. Go to Books > Entry books > Item Day Book.

2. The user will mention the date for which the report needs to be viewed.

3. Check if there is an entry of the Item, the user will open the entry and delete it from here.

1. Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Advance Features > Self Designed Reports.

2. In 'Report' option, the user will mention the name of the report and description as per the requirement.

3. Click on 'Open Program'.

4. The user will type the command.

  • Select Dis
  • DELETE ALL for codep='#CS~PL'

5. Now press 'Ctrl+W' key.

6. Click on 'Run Program'.
