With the help of Marg Software the user can easily replace All Item Name with Print Name at once.

In order to  know the process ,the user needs to follow the below mentioned steps:

Note: Firstly, the user needs to Take Backup of the data.

• Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Structure/Junk Verification > Direct Command.

• A 'Direct Command' window will appear. Enter the Password.

• A 'Command' window will appear.

• Enter command 'SELECT PRO ' then press 'Enter' and type 'BROWS'.

• Then click on 'Run'.

• A 'Pro' file will get appear.

• The user will minimize that file.

• In the next window, the user will type 'REPLACE ALL BOOKNAME WITH BILLNAME'.

• Then click on 'Run'.

• Then click on 'Exit' button.

After following above steps, all Item Name will be copy in Print Name Field of Item Master.
