Note:-Firstly user needs to take backup before use the below process.

1. Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Structure/Junk Verification > Direct Command.

2. The Direct Command window appears in which user will enter the password as current date in a Reverse format(yy/mm/dd).

3. Then press Enter key.

4. A Command window appears > Enter command SELECT MDIS press enter and type BROW > Then click on Run.

5. MDIS file will appear then user has to press Esc key.

6. In next window user will type REPLACE ALL TYPE WITH 'B' FOR TYPE= 'Q' and then click on Run.

7. Then click on Exit button.

After following the above steps all Brk Exp issue entries get converted into Purchase return.
