In Marg ERP software, the user can easily replace the Rate-A with Rate-B in all item's batch, if Rate-B is available in batch by following the below steps:

In order to do the same, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Firstly, Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Structure/Junk Verification > Direct Command. Press Enter.

• A Direct command window will appear in which user needs to enter the current date in reverse format and then press enter.

Suppose, the current date is 11-04-2020 then the user will mention ‘2020411’. Press Enter.

• A command window will appear. Type 'SELECT PROBAT'. Press enter and type 'BROWS'.

• Click on 'Run'.

• The Probat file will displayed and the user will minimize that file.

• Again type 'REPLACE ALL RATEA WITH RATEB FOR RATEB>0 and click on 'Run'.

• Then click on Exit tab to exit from this window.

After following the above steps, the 'Rate-A' will get replaced with the 'Rate-B' in all item's batch.
