In Marg ERP Software, the user can easily replace the Party No. with Entry No. in all purchase bill at one time by direct command.

In order to replace party number with entry number, the user will follow the below steps:

**Important** : Firstly, the user needs to take the Backup of the Financial Year  in order to secure Marg Data.   

• Firstly, Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Structure/Junk Verification > Direct Command.

• A 'Direct Command' window will appear. Enter the Password.

• A 'Command' window will appear. Type 'SELECT MDIS'. Press 'Enter' key and type 'BROWS'.

• Click on 'Run'.

• The 'MDIS' file will displayed and the user will minimize that file.

• Again type ( REPL ALL PM WITH VCN FOR TYPE='P' ) and click on 'Run'.

• Then click on 'Exit' tab to exit from this window.

After following the above steps, the Party number will get replaced with the Entry no.
