With the help of Marg Software, the user can easily add due days in all the ledgers created under Sundry Debtor:

In order to know the process, the user needs to follow the below steps:

Note : Firstly, the user needs to Take Backup of the data.

• Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Structure/Junk Verification > Direct Command.

• A 'Direct Command' window will appear. Enter the Password.

• A 'Command' window will appear.

• Enter command 'SELE ORDER' then press 'Enter' and type 'BROWS'.

• Then click on 'Run'.

• An 'Order' file will get appear.

• The user will minimize that file.

• In the next window, the user will type ' REPLACE ALL DUEDAYS WITH 7 FOR SCODE='C6'

Note: The user will mention the number of days according the requirement in place of '7'.

• Then click on 'Run'.

• Then click on 'Exit' button.

After following above steps, the due days will be added in all the ledger created under sundry Debtors group.
