In Marg Software, if the user needs to remove the previous year's outstanding at once then it can be removed easily.

In order to Remove Previous Year Outstanding in Current Year, the user needs to follow the below steps:

Note: Firstly, the user needs to Take Backup of the data.

• Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Structure/Junk Verification > Direct Command.

• A 'Direct Command' window will appear. Enter the Password.

• A 'Command' window will appear.
• The user will type the command.
• SELE PENDINGS
• BROWS
• Click on 'Run'.

• A 'Pendings' file will get appear.

• The user will minimize the file.

• Now, type the command
• DELE ALL FOR SUBSTR(vcn,1,1)='*'
• Click on 'Run'.

• Now the user will click on 'Exit' button.

Note: Make sure while running Carry Balance, Outstanding option should be 'No', otherwise Outstanding will carry forward again.

After following the above steps, the user can view Previous Years Outstanding will get removed in Current Financial Year in Marg Software.
