In Marg ERP software, the user can easily replace Batch Rate A with (Rate A+X%) in all items.

• Suppose there is an Item 'Crocin' whose batch Rate A is '1000' and user needs to add 8% in rate.

In order to replace the Batch Rate A with Rate A+X% in All Items, the user will follow the below steps:

**Important**: The user needs to take the Backup of the financial year in order to secure Marg Data.   

• Firstly Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Structure/Junk Verification > Direct Command.

• A 'Direct Command' window will appear. Enter the Password.

• A 'Command' window will appear. Type 'SELECT PROBAT'.

• Press 'Enter' and type 'BROWS'.

• Click on 'Run'.

• A 'Probat File' will get displayed and the user will minimize that file.

• Again type 'REPLACE ALL RATEA WITH RATEA+(RATEA*8/100)' and click on 'Run'.

•  Then click on 'Exit' tab to exit from this window.

After following the above steps, the Batch Rate A will be replace with Rate A+ 8% in All Items.i.e.(1000+1000*8%) = 1080.
