In Marg Software, the user can easily replace Cost w/o Deal with Cost per Pcs in batch of all Items.

In order to replace Cost w/o Deal with Cost per Pcs in batch of all Items, the user will follow the below steps:

**Important**: The user needs to take the Backup of the financial year in order to secure Marg Data.   

• Firstly Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Structure/Junk Verification > Direct Command.

• A 'Direct Command' window will appear. Enter the Password.

• A 'Command' window will appear. Type 'SELECT PROBAT'.

• Press 'Enter' and type 'BROWS'.

• Click on 'Run'.

• A 'PROBAT file' will displayed and the user will minimize that file.

• Again type 'REPLACE ALL RATEF WITH LPRATE' and click on 'Run'.

• Then click on 'Exit' tab to exit from this window.

After following the above steps, the Cost w/o Deal will get replaced with Cost per Pcs in batch of all Items.
