Overview: - In Marg ERP software, the user can easily enter or change minimum qty in all items in one click.

In order to do the same, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Firstly, Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Structure/Junk Verification >Direct Command. Press Enter.

• A Direct command window will appear in which user needs to enter the current date in reverse format and then press enter.

Suppose, the current date is 11-04-2020 then the user will enter ‘2020411’. Press Enter.

• A command window will appear. Type 'SELECT PRO'. Press enter and type 'BROWS'.

• Click on 'Run'.

• The PRO file will displayed and the user will minimize that file.

• Again type REPLACE ALL MINIMUM WITH 10 and click on 'Run'.

• "10" is the Minimum quantity here.

• Then click on Exit tab to exit from this window.

After following the above steps, the user can enter or change Minimum qty in all items.
