In Marg ERP software, the user can easily change the Balancing method with 'On Account' in all party ledger.

In order to change balancing method to On Account, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Firstly, Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Structure/Junk Verification > Direct Command.

• A 'Direct Command' window will appear. Enter the Password.

• A 'Command' window will appear. Type 'SELECT ORDER'.

• The user will press 'Enter' key and type 'BROWS'.

• Click on 'Run'.

• An 'Order' window will appear, the user will minimize it.

• Again the user will type (REPLACE ALL RATE WITH "N") and click on 'Run'.

• Then click on 'Exit' tab to exit from this window.

After following the above steps, All ledger working style will get change with 'On Account'.
