In Marg Software, the user can easily replace the Barcode field with Item code in all items.

In order to replace the Barcode with Item code, the user will follow the below steps:

**Important**: The user needs to take the Backup of the financial year in order to secure Marg Data.   

• Firstly Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Structure/Junk Verification > Direct Command.

• A 'Direct Command' window will appear. Enter the Password.

• A 'Command' window will appear. Type 'SELECT PRO'.

• Press 'Enter' key and type 'BROWS'.

• Click on 'Run'.

• A 'PRO file' will displayed and the user will minimize that file.

• Again type 'REPLACE ALL RACKNO WITH NAME' and click on 'Run'.

• Then click on 'Exit' tab to exit from this window.

After following the above steps, the Barcode field will get replaced with Item code in all items.
