In Marg ERP software, the user can easily change the calculation type in all ledger at one time.

In order to change calculation type in all ledger, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Firstly, Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Structure/Junk Verification >Direct Command. Press Enter.

• A Direct command window will appear in which user needs to enter the current date in reverse format and then press enter.

Suppose, the current date is 11-04-2020 then the user will enter ‘2020411’. Press Enter.

• A command window will appear. Type 'SELECT ORDER'. Press enter and type 'BROWS'.

• Click on 'Run'.

• The order file will displayed and the user will minimize that file.

• Again type REPLACE ALL TYPE WITH "9" and click on 'Run'.

• Here "9" denotes the calculation type, the user can also change calculation type according to the requirement.

• Then click on Exit tab to exit from this window.

After following the above steps, the calculation type will get changed with 9 in all party ledger other details.
