OVERVIEW/INTRODUCTION TO SUPPLIER WISE COMPANY IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Supplier wise Company option of Marg Software provides you the benefit to set the selected suppliers for the particular parties, view the list of select suppliers of the selected companies and the list of selected companies in which you deal with the selected supplier.

• Basically the first benefit to use this option is if you're purchasing the particular company of the product from the particular supplier then there is no need to select that supplier among all the suppliers created in the software, however you can fix it in the software and it will show only those suppliers at the time of creating purchase entry.

• Now, the option of 'Party Wise List' provides you the details about the company which are being purchased by the selected party.

• And, the option of 'Company Wise List' provides you the details about the party from which the selected company of the product is being purchased.

PROCESS TO SET SUPPLIER WISE COMPANY IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Go to Masters > Supplier Wise Company > Supplier wise Company.

• A 'Ledgers' window will appear.
• The user will select the party for which you need to set the selected companies. 

• Now press 'Enter' key on the selected company and select 'Yes' from the dropdown.

• Similarly, the user can select the multiple companies for the selected party as per the requirement.

• Then press 'ESC' key.

PROCESS TO VIEW LIST OF SUPPLIER WISE COMPANY MARG SOFTWARE

• Go toMasters > Supplier vs Company > Party wise List.

• A 'Ledger' window will appear.

• The user will press 'Enter' key on the selected supplier.

• Now the user will click on 'View/Print/Excel' as per the requirement.

• Suppose click on 'View'.

After following the above steps, the user can view report of Supplier Wise Company list will get generate in Marg Software.

PROCESS TO VIEW LIST OF COMPANY WISE SUPPLIER IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Go toMasters > Supplier vs Company > Company wise List.

• A 'Company Wise Party List' window will appear.

• Select the product's company for which you need to analyse that from which party the selected company is being purchased.

• Press 'Enter' key.

• A 'Company wise Party List' window will appear.

• Select the options as per the requirement.

• Then click on 'View'.

After following the above steps, the user can view Company wise List in Marg Software.
