If the column of Tax and Amount getting merged while generating Purchase Tax Register in Excel then how to resolve it in Marg Software?

If while generating purchase tax register in excel tax and value column merge then it can easily be resolve.

In order to resolve this issue, the user needs to follow the below steps:

  • Go to Gst > Tax Registers & Summaries > Purchase Register.

  • A 'Purchase Register' window will appear.
  • The user will select 'Date wise Register'.

  • A 'Date Wise Register' window will appear.
  • The user will feed date range and select other options as per the requirement.

  • In 'More Options' the user will select 'Yes'.

  • A 'Control Box' window will appear.
  • In 'Amount & Tax' the user will mention '15'. Press 'PageDown' key twice.

  • Now, click on View/Print/E-Mail as per the requirement.
  • Suppose select 'View'.

  • A 'Heading' window will appear where the user can change the report heading according to the requirement. Press 'PageDown' key.

  • A 'View' window with purchase tax register will appear.
  • The user will click on 'Excel' Icon.

  • A 'Select Delimiter Line/Header' window will appear.
  • The user will Press 'PageDown' key.

After following the above steps, the tax and value column of Purchase Tax register will not get merged in excel.
