• Go to GST > Tax Registers and Summaries > Purchase Register.

A 'Purchase Register' window will appear in which the user will select 'Party Wise Register'.

A 'Party Wise Register' window will appear in which the user will feed date range and select other options as per the requirement.

• In  'Select Parties', the user will select 'Y'.

• A 'Ledgers' window will appear.

• The user will select the party whose purchase register needs to be viewed.

• Suppose select 'Ranbaxy India'.

Then click on View/Print/Excel as per the requirement.

• Suppose select 'View'.

• A 'Heading' window will appear where the user can mention the heading of the report as per the requirement

• Press 'Enter' key.

A 'Select Parties' window will appear in which the user will select that party for which the report needs to be viewed.

• Now the user will press 'Enter' key .

After following the above steps, the report of single Party purchase Tax Register will get generated.
