OVERVIEW OF DATA ENTRY FREE SOFTWARE IN MARG ERP SOFTWARE

  • Marg ERP has introduced the First Data Entry-Free Software that will Transform your Pharmaceutical Industry.  
  • With this new technology, retailers, and distributors can easily enter data by simply scanning the bottle strip.  
  • With Marg ERP Software, suppliers can import their bills in various formats, such as Excel, CSV, PDF, or Marg to Marg, with just a single click. 
  • The benefit of this is that Purchase will be Auto eliminates the need for manual Entry and reduces the chances of errors.  

FEW IMPORTANT POINTS TO BE NOTED

  1. Please note that the Marg ERP Software must be updated with the latest version.
  • The latest version of the software can be downloaded by visiting our official website i.e. www.margerp.com & Click on ‘Downloads’ section.

  1. The user will also download the ‘AllScan Patch’ file from the Marg ERP website.
  • Click on ‘Downloads’ section & scroll down to ‘Download Patches and Tool’ section.

  • Go to ‘AllScan Patch’ & then click on ‘Download’.

  • Now go to the location where the ‘AllScan Patch’ file has been downloaded.
  • Extract the folder.

  • Then open the ‘AllScan’ folder.
  • Copy all the 4 files and paste it in Marg ERP folder.

PROCESS OF DATA ENTRY FREE SOFTWARE IN MARG ERP SOFTWARE

  • Now, go to the Play Store.
  • Search & Install the ‘AllScan ERP’ App.

          

  • Now, from the dashboard of Marg ERP Software, go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

  • A ‘Control Room’ window will appear.
  • Select the ‘Search in All’ option.

  • A ‘Controls’ window will appear.
  • Search ‘ALL SCAN’.

  • Then click on the ‘Accept’ button.

  • An ‘All Scan’ window will appear.
  • In the ‘Data Entry Free Scanning [All Scan] field, the user will select ‘Y’ from the dropdown.

  • If the user wants that the system speaks the Batch No./Name with Batch/No. at the time of scanning the items, then, in the ‘Sound 1-Batch 2-Name with Batch 3-No’ field, select it accordingly from the dropdown.

  • Press ‘ESC’ key.

  • Click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

  • An ‘Alert’ message of ‘AllScan Successfully Registered’ will appear.

In case of Single/Multi-User, the user will go to Masters > Marg Setups > Activations > AllScan Registration and will register. And whichever user's system is logged in then the name of that user will be shown after ‘AllScan Registration’.

Suppose, for now the system is logged in with the user ‘A’. So, it is showing ‘AllScan Registration A’ here.

  • Click on ‘AllScan Registration A’.

  • Then the software is askingWant to Register AllScan’?.
  • Click on ‘Yes’.

  • A message of ‘AllScan Successfully Registered’ will appear.

  • Now, go to Masters > Marg Setups > Activations > AllScan QR Code’.

  • The user will view that the QR Code has been generated.

  • Then click on ‘Scan’ on the Mobile App and Scan the QR Code.

   

Both the System & Device must be connected with the same IP.

  • Go to Transactions > Sale > Retail: Bill.

  • A ‘Sale Entry’ window will appear.
  • In order to scan through Mobile App, click on the ‘Red’ button & it will get converted into ‘Green’ button.

 

  • Now, the user will keep scanning the Bottle or Strip through the Mobile App and the items will get loaded in the bill like it gets uploaded through the Barcode.

  • Then save the Sale Bill.

  • Similarly, the user can scan the Breakage/Expired Items and load them in the bill.
  • For which go to Transactions > Brk/Exp Issue > Issue.

  • A ‘Brk/Exp Return Entry’ window will appear.

  • Select the ‘Supplier’ to whom the item needs to be returned.

  • Here, the user will click on the ‘Red’ button & it will get converted into ‘Green’ button.

  • The user will scan the Breakage/Expired Items through the Mobile App and the Breakage/Expired items will get loaded in the bill.

  • Then press ‘Tab’ key and save the Bill.

Along with this, the bills generated through the supplier whether it is in’ Excel, CSV, PDF, or Marg to Marg’ can be imported in the Marg Software with a single click.

  • Now, in order to verify the imported bills, go to Transactions > Dispatch Management > Purchase Verification.

  • A ‘Purchase Verification’ window will appear.
  • In ‘From Date & To Date’ fields, mention the date i.e. from which date till which date the bills needs to be verified.

  • Then click on ‘OK’.

  • In ‘Pick Bill’, enter the Bill No. which needs to be verified.

  • Click on ‘Submit’.

  • In order to verify the bill through the Mobile App, click on the ‘Red’ button.

  • Like, in the Bill there is only 1 Quantity, so the user will scan the batch of that item.

  • If the item gets verified, then an alert message of ‘Pass’ will get displayed.

  • Apart from this, after uploading the Purchase in the software, if the user physically scans an another item of the same batch at the time of Purchase Verification that is not there at the time of uploading the Purchase Bill.

  • In this condition, the verification gets ‘failed’ for that particular Item/Batch.

  • Now in the condition of ‘Purchase Verification’, the user can keep the bill on ‘Hold’ and rectify the Purchase Bill and again verify it.

  • Similarly, at the time of creating the Sale Bill, if the billing of some other Batch is done.

For e.g.

  • Here, billing of ‘DIGENE’ item is done with the Batch ‘001’.

  • Then in order to verify the Sale Bill, go to Transactions > Dispatch Management > Dispatch Management.

  • A ‘Bill Audit’ window will appear.
  • Enter the ‘Date’e. from which date till which date the bills needs to be verified.

  • Click on ‘OK'.

  • Enter the ‘Bill No.’ and Click on ‘Submit’.

  • The bill which is created with Batch ‘001’ is displayed here.

  • Scan the batch of the previous item.

  • Then if the user scans the another item of the same Batch that is available in the data, the software will automatically make the Quantity of the previous Batch as ‘0’ and add it in the next Batch.

  • Now go to the ‘Sales Book’.

  • Click on the ‘Sale Bill’.

  • The user can view that the software has automatically updated the Batch of this item.
