In Marg Software there is option for Enabling Indication in sale bill In case of billing date is less than goods receiving date.

In order to enable Indication if billing date is less than goods receiving date, the user needs to follow the below Steps:

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in All’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will search 'Receive Date'.

• Click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Receive Date' window will appear.

• In 'If receive date > bill date Allowed/Indicate/Cancel' the user will select 'C'.
  

• The user will press 'ESC' key twice. 

• Then to save changes the user will click on ‘Yes’.

After following the above steps, the user can view the software will not allow to create Sale Bill if Billing Date is Less than Goods Receiving Date.
