• Go to Final Reports > Trail Balance.

• A 'Trial Balance' window will appear.
• The user will press 'Alt+P' key.

• A 'Trail Printing' window will appear.
• The user will select 'View'.

• A Trail Balance report will generate.
• Now the user will click on Cursor to Report icon (as shown in below image).

• A 'Select Delimeter / Line Header' window will appear.
• The user will press 'PageDown' key.

• A 'Marg Cursor to Report' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'XMl'.

• An 'Export Query Output' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'Select Path'.

• A 'Select Path' window will appear.
• The user will select the path where file needs to be save as per the requirement.
• Suppose select 'Desktop' and click on 'Ok'.

• In 'File Name', the user will mention the file name as per the requirement.
• Suppose mention 'Trail Balance' and click on 'Save'.

• A Marg ERP 9+ alert of File Saved Successfully!' will appear.
• Click on 'Ok'.

After following the above steps, the user can Export Trail Balance in XML file in Marg Software.
