Ans.1

1. Go to Final Reports > Trial Balance.

2. A Trial Balance window will appear. Press enter key on Revenue Account.

3. In next window user will press enter key on Expenditures Account.

4. All expenses will appear in which user will press ALT+P.

5. A Trial Printing window will appear where user set filters as per the requirement.

6. Now, click on View/Print/Excel.
