How to view Total Expenses with Current Balance in Marg ERP Software ?

  • Go to Final Reports > Trial Balance.

  • Click on 'Revenue Account' option.

  • The user will click on 'Expenditure Account' option.

  • Press 'Alt+P' key.

The user will set filters as per the requirement.

a. Without Opening: The user will select 'Yes' to view report without opening otherwise keep it as 'No'.

b. A/c Group Wise: The user will select 'Yes' to view report Account Group wise otherwise keep it as 'No'.

c. Print Due Details: The user will select 'Yes' to view Due Details otherwise keep it as 'No'.

d. Contact-Y/Address/No: The user will select 'Yes' to view report with contact details otherwise keep it as 'Add/No' as per the requirement.

e. Debtors Merge: The user will select 'Yes' to view report with debtors merged otherwise keep it as 'No'.

Now, click on 'View/Print/Excel' button.

Suppose click on 'View' button.

After following the above steps, the user can view Total Expenses with Current Balance will get generated in Marg ERP Software.
