How to view State wise Trail Balance summary report in Marg Software?
Ans.1
- Go to Final Reports > Trial Balance.
- A 'Trial' balance window will appear, the user will press 'Ctrl+F1' key.
- A 'Type' window will appear where the user will select 'Balance Summary'.
- A 'Group On' the window will appear.
- The user will click on 'State'.
- A 'Trial Balance' as on the window will appear where the user will press 'ALT+P' key to print the report.
- In next window use will click on View/Excel/Print as per the requirement.
- Suppose the user will click on 'View'.
After following the above steps, the user can view State wise Trail Balance summary report.
