Process to View Party Item Wise Special Rate Sale Report

OVERVIEW OF VIEW PARTY ITEM WISE SPECIAL RATE SALE REPORT

In Marg ERP Software, Party Item Wise Special Rate Sale Report is found under the menu of ‘Business Analysis’

 This report enables the user to generate customized reports and filter the reports as per their requirement.

PROCESS TO VIEW PARTY ITEM WISE SPECIAL RATE SALE REPORT

• Firstly, Go to Daily Report > Business  Analysis.

• A Sale Purchase Analysis window will appear.

• In ‘Analysis’ the user will select ‘Party’.

• In ‘V/S’ the user will select ‘Item’ & then select ‘Sale analysis’.

• The user will select whether to view the report in Summary/Detail as per the requirement.

• Then in ‘Period’ the user will feed date range i.e. from which date till which date the user wants to view the report.

• Now in ‘Special Rate Billing’ set ‘Only’.

• The User will now click on‘Show’.

• The user can view the Party Item Wise Special Rate Sale Report and can also Export the Report in Excel, CSV, XML, etc. as per the requirement.

After following the above mentioned steps "Party item wise special rate sale report" will generated.
