Overview of Patient Item Wise Sale Report in Chemist Setup

OVERVIEW OF PATIENT ITEM WISE SALE REPORT IN CHEMIST SETUP

• In Marg Software if the user needs to view Patient Item Wise Sale Report then it can be view with the help of 'Business Analysis'option.

• This option enables the user to generate Customized Reports and filter the reports as per the requirement.

PROCESS TO VIEW PATIENT ITEM WISE SALE REPORT IN CHEMIST SETUP

• Go to Daily Report > Business Analysis.

• A 'Sale Purchase Analysis' window will appear.

• In ‘Analysis’ the user will select 'Patient'.

• In 'V/S' the user will select 'Item' and in next field select 'Sale Analysis'.

• Now the user will select 'Summary/Detail/Detailed Summary' as per the requirement.

• Suppose select 'Summary'.

• In 'Period' the user will mention the date range as per the requirement.

• Suppose mention '01-04-2022' and '31-03-2023'.

• Click on 'Show'.

• A 'Patient wise Item Sale' report will appear.

• The user can export the report 'Excel,XML,CSV etc' as per the requirement.

• Suppose click on 'Excel'.

• A 'Marg ERP 9+' alert will appear.

• Click on 'Yes'.

• A 'Save in File' window will appear where the user can select the Path to save the file.

• Click on 'Ok'.

After following the above steps, the user can view Patient Item wise Sale report will get generate in Excel Format in Marg software.
