• Go to Daily Report > Business Analysis.

• A 'Sale Purchase Analysis' window will appear.

• In ‘Analysis’, the user will select 'Company'.

• The user will select 'All' & select 'Purchase Scheme Register'.

• Now, the user will select 'Detail or Summary' as per the requirement.

• Suppose select 'Detail'.

• Then, in 'Period', the user will enter the date from which to which the company wise purchase scheme register needs to be viewed.

• The user will click on 'Show'.

• A 'Select Scheme On' window will appear.

• The user will place check mark on the Discount/Scheme/Free as per the requirement.

• In 'Free Value On' , the user will select the bases for free valuation.

• Suppose select 'Transactions'.

• The user will click on 'Done'.

• In order to export this report, the user will click on Excel/CSV/GUI View etc. as per the requirement.

• Suppose select 'Excel'.

After following the above steps, the Company wise Purchase Scheme Register will get exported into the Excel format.
