• Go to Masters > Password & Powers > Operator's.

• Press 'Enter' key on the operator in which power needs to be changed.
• Suppose select 'A'.

• The user will click on ‘Search In All’ button.

• The user will search 'Freight' and click on ‘Accept’ button.

• In ‘Bill saving allowed Freight, Packing & Others’ option, the user will set ‘N’.

• The user will press 'ESC' key.

• Click on ‘Yes’ button.

• A 'Powers Change' Pop-Up will appear and then the user will press 'ESC' key.

• Click on ‘Yes’ button.

• Now for Re- login the user will press 'Ctrl+U' key on the main screen. 

• A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will enter the User ID and Password.

• A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will press 'ESC' key.

After following the above steps, the Other Charges ( Freight , Packing ) option will get disabled for user in the Sale Bill in Marg ERP Software.
