If cursor does not wait on Rate, Discount and Free option while Billing then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?

Ans.1
  • Go to Masters > Password & Powers > Operator's.

  • A 'Password & Authority' window will appear.
  • Select the user to make changes. Then Press 'Enter' key.

  • A 'Powers' window will appear in which the user will select ‘Search In All’.

  • A 'Powers' window will appear in which the user will search 'Ban' .
  • Now click on ‘Accept’.

  • A 'Ban' Window will appear.
  • In 'BAN Rate/Discount/Both/No [Issue]', the user will select 'N'.

  • The user will now press 'ESC' key.

  • Again press 'ESC' key and then click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

  • A 'Powers Change' POP-UP will appear and then the user will press 'ESC' key.

  • Press 'ESC' key and then click on ‘Yes’.

  • Now for Re- login the user will press 'Ctrl+U' key on the main screen. 

  • A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will enter the User ID and Password.

  • A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will press 'ESC' key.

After following the above steps, the cursor will wait on Rate,Dis etc. fields while billing in Marg Software .

Ans.2

1. Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room. 

2. A 'Control Room' window will appear. The user will select ‘Search in all’.

3. A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Wait'.

4. Now click on ‘Accept’.

5. A 'Decimal' window will appear. In 'In Billing wait on 1-All 2-Disc+Tax  3-Qty 4-Qty+Free' option, the user will select '1'.

6. The user will now press 'ESC' key twice. Click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

Ans.3

1. Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room. 

2. A 'Control Room' window will appear. The user will select ‘Search in all’.

3. A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Default Qty'.

4. Now click on ‘Accept’.

5. A 'Default Qty' window will appear. In 'Default Sales Quantity (BarCode Qty.)' option, the user will mention '0'.

6. The user will now press 'ESC' key twice. Click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

Ans.4

1. Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room. 

2. A 'Control Room' window will appear. The user will select ‘Search in all’.

3. A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Default Qty'.

4. Now click on ‘Accept’.

5. A 'Default Qty' window will appear. In 'Ask Product wise Default Sale Qty.(Dont Wait)' option, the user will select 'N'.

6. The user will now press 'ESC' key twice. Click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

Ans.5

1. Go to Masters > Passwords & Powers > Operator's.

2. A 'Password & Authority' window will appear.

3. Select the user to make the desired changes. Press 'Enter' key.

4. A 'Powers' window will appear > Select ‘Search In All’.

5. A 'Powers' window will appear > Search 'Rate' > Click on ‘Accept’.

6. A 'Rate' window will appear. In 'Change Special Rates' option, the user will select 'Y'.

7. The user will now press 'ESC' key twice and select 'Yes.

8. A 'Powers Change' POP-UP will appear > press 'ESC' key twice and then click on ‘Yes’.

9. Now in order to Re- login, the user will press 'Ctrl + U' key on the main screen of the software. 

10. A 'Change User' window will appear > enter the User ID and Password.

11. A 'Change User' window will appear > press 'ESC' Key.
