If ' Modify Allowed Upto ' alert appear while modifying Sale Challan then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?

In Marg Software if while Modifying Sale Challan an alert of ' Modify Allowed Upto ' appears then it can be resolved easily.

In order to resolve 'Modify Allowed Upto' alert, the user needs to follow the below steps: 

  • Go to Masters > Passwords & Powers > Operator's.

  • 'Password & Authority' window will appear.
  • Select the user to make the desired changesPress 'Enter' key.

  • A 'Powers' window will appear in which the user will select 'Search in all'.

  • 'Powers' window will appear where the user will search 'Edit Days'.
  • Click on 'Accept'.

  • 'Edit Days' window will appear.
  • In 'Sales Challan' option, the user can view '1' has been mentioned which means the sale challan will only be modified for 1 day after creating it.

  • In 'Sales Challan', option the user will mention the max range '999'.

  • The user will now press 'ESC' key.

  • Again press 'ESC' key and then click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

  • A ‘Powers Change’ Pop-Up will appear and then the user will press 'ESC' key.

  • Press 'ESC' key and then click on ‘Yes’.

  • Now for Re- login the user will press 'Ctrl+U' key on the main screen. 

  • 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will enter the User ID and Password.

  • 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will press 'ESC' Key.

After following the above steps, the user can view Modify Allowed Upto alert will get resolved while modifying Sale Challan in Marg Software.
