Firstly, Go to Masters > Passwords & Powers > Operator's.

• A 'Password & Authority' window will appear.

• Select the user to make the required changes.

• A 'Powers' window will appear in which the user will select ‘Search In All’.

• Then again, a 'Powers' window will appear in which the user will search 'Cancel' .

• Click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Cancel' Window will appear.

• In 'Data Entry C-Cancel/D-Delete/Y-Both/T-Both+Transfer Voucher' option, the user will select 'N'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key.

• Again press 'ESC' key.

• Then click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

• A Pop-Up of 'Powers Change' will appear and then the user will press 'ESC' key.

• Then again press 'ESC' key and then click on ‘Yes’.

• Now to Re- login, the user will press 'Ctrl + U' on the main screen. 

• A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will enter the User ID and Password.

• Then again, a Change User window will appear in which the user will press 'ESC' Key.

After following the above steps, the user can't delete and cancel the sale bill.

 Suppose, click on 'Delete'.
