If cursor does not wait on rate field at the time of creating purchase return entry, then this issue can be resolved in Marg Software:

In order to resolve this issue, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Firstly, Go to Masters > Password & Powers > Operator's. Press 'Enter'.

• A 'Password & Authority 'window will appear.

• Select the user to make changes. Then Press 'Enter'.

• A 'Powers' window will appear .

• Select ‘Search In All’.

• A 'Powers' window will appear, search 'Ban' .

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Ban' window will appear.

• In ‘BAN Rate/Discount/Both/No [Receive]’ option, the user will select ‘N’.

• Now press 'ESC' key.

• Again press 'ESC' key .

• Click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

• A ‘Powers Change’ Pop-Up will appear .

• Press 'ESC' key.

• Press 'ESC' key and then click on ‘Yes’.

• Now for Re- login the user will press 'Ctrl + U' on the main screen. 

• A 'Change User' window will appear, enter the User ID and Password.

• A 'Change User' window will appear.

• Press 'ESC' Key.

After following the above steps, the cursor will wait on the rate field in purchase return .
