How to fix 'Freeze Upto (dd/mm/year)' alert which appears while opening Counter Sale in Marg Software ?

If 'Software shows an alert of 'Freeze Upto (dd/mm/year)' while opening counter sale in Marg Software then this issue can be easily resolved.

In order to resolve the same user needs to follow the below steps:

  • Firstly, Go to Masters > Passwords & Powers > Operator's. Press 'Enter'.

  • A 'Password & Authority' window will appear.
  • Select the user to make the desired changes. Then Press 'Enter'.

  • A 'Powers' window will appear in which the user will selectSearch In All’.

  • A 'Powers' window will appear in which the user will search 'Modification' .
  • Click on ‘Accept’.

  • A 'Modification' window will appear.
  • In 'All Accounting & Billing Modification Allowed Upto' option, the user will remove days to '0'.

  • The user will now press 'ESC' key.

  • Again press 'ESC' key and then click onYesto save the changes.

  • A 'Powers Change' POP-UP will appear in which the user will press 'ESC' key.

  • Again press 'ESC' key and then click on ‘Yes’.

  • Now in order to Re- login, the user will press 'Ctrl + U' on the main screen of the software

  • A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will enter the User ID and Password.

  • A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will press 'ESC' Key.

After following the above steps, the alert of Freeze Upto (dd/mm/year) will not appear at the time of counter sale.
