• Go to Masters > Passwords & Powers > Operator's.

• The user will select the operator to make desired changes.
• Suppose select '02' and press 'Enter' key.

• The user will click on 'Search In All' option.

• The user will search 'Modification' and click on ‘Accept' button.

• In 'All Accounting & Billing Modification Allow' option, the user will enter the days as per the requirement.
• Suppose enter '2'.

• Press 'Esc' key.

• Click on 'Yes' button.

• A 'Powers Change' POP-UP will appear, in which the user will press 'Esc' key.

• Click on 'Yes' button.

• Now, for Re login the user will press 'Ctrl+U' key on the main screen. 

• Enter the User ID and Password.

• Press 'Esc' key.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the Bill Modification Days for the user will get set in Marg ERP Software.

1. Go to Masters > Passwords & Powers > Operator's.

2. A 'Password & Authority' window will appear. Select the user to make the desired changes. Press 'Enter' key.

3. A 'Powers' window will appear in which the user will select ‘Search In All’.

4. A 'Powers' window will appear in which the user will search 'Edit Upto' . Now click on ‘Accept’.

5. A 'Edit Upto' window will appear.

6. In 'Edit Upto Days A/C Entry' option, the user will mention the days upto which the Modification needs to be Set.

7. The user will now press 'ESC' key.

8. Again press 'ESC' key and then click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

9. A ‘Powers Change’ Pop-Up will appear and then the user will press 'ESC' key.

10. Press 'ESC' key and then click on ‘Yes’.

11. Now for Re- login the user will press 'Ctrl+U' key on the main screen. 

12. A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will enter the User ID and Password.

13. A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will press 'ESC' Key.

After following the above steps, the user can view the software will only allow Modification to user as per the Days Set.
