How to resolve error of ' This Bill is Locked ' which appear while Modifying / Deleting Bill in Marg Software ?

In Marg ERP Software, if at the time of Modifying and Deleting bill an error displays 'This bill is locked' then this issue can be resolved.

In order to resolve 'This Bill is Locked' error, the user needs to follow the below steps:

  • Go to Masters > Passwords & Powers > Operator's.

  • 'Password & Authority' window will appear.
  • Select the user to make the desired changesPress 'Enter' key.

  • A 'Powers' window will appear in which the user will select ‘Search in All’.

  • A 'Powers' window will appear where the user will search 'Lock'.
  • Click on 'Accept'.

  • A 'Lock' window will appear.
  • In 'Modify & Change Print Status of Locked Bills', the user will select 'Y'.

  • The user will now press 'ESC' key.

  • Again press 'ESC' key and then click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

  • A ‘Powers Change’ Pop-Up will appear and then the user will press 'ESC' key.

  • Press 'ESC' key and then click on ‘Yes’.

  • Now for Re- login the user will press 'Ctrl+U' key on the main screen.
