If " You are not authorised to use this option " alert appears while opening Delivery Management then how to resolve it in Marg ERP Software ?

In Marg ERP Software, if at the time of opening Delivery Management alert appears 'You are not authorised to use this option', then it can be easily resolved.

In order to resolve this issue, the user needs to follow the steps below:

  • Go to Masters > Password & Powers > Operator's.

  • The user will select operator in which power needs to be changed.
  • Suppose select 'A' and press 'Enter' key.

  • The user will click on 'Search In All'.

  • The user will search 'Delivery' and click on 'Accept' button.

  • In 'Delivery Management 0-Not allowed 1-View 2-Edit' option, the user will select '2'.

  • Press 'Esc' key.

  • Click on 'Yes' button.

  • The user will press 'Esc' key.

  • Click on 'Yes' button.

  • Now, for Re login, the user will press 'Ctrl+U' key on the main screen. 

  • Enter the User ID and Password.

  • Press 'Esc' key.

After following the above steps, the user can easily open Delivery Management in Marg ERP Software.
