In Marg software, the user can easily Hide the Ledger for user.

In order to enable the Hide option in the Ledger, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters >> Passwords & Powers >> Operator's.

• A 'Password & Authority' window will appear.

• Select the user to make the desired changes. Then press 'Enter' key.

• A 'Powers' window will appear in which the user will select ‘Search In All’.

• A 'Powers' window will appear in which the user will search 'Hide' .

• Click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Hide' window will appear.

• In 'View Hide Ledger & Item-Y Ledgers-L Item-I Hide All-N' option, the user will select 'I'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key.

• Again press 'ESC' key and then click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

• A 'Powers Change' POP-UP will appear in which the user will press 'ESC' key.

• Again Press 'ESC' key and then click on ‘Yes’.

• Now in order to Re- login, the user will press 'Ctrl+U' key on the main screen of the software. 

• A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will enter the User ID and Password.

• A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will press 'ESC' key.

Now, the user needs to set  the hide option in the selected ledger.

• Go to Books >> All Ledgers

• A 'Ledger Accounts' window will appear.

• The user will press 'F3' key on the Ledger which needs to be hide.

• Suppose select 'Ahuja Medicine Centre'. 

• A options window will appear, in which the user will select 'Ledger Detail'.

• Now, the user will click on 'Modify'.

• In 'Hide' option, the user will select 'Yes'.

• Now, the user will press 'Ctrl+W' key to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view the Hide Ledger will not show for particular user.
