In order to ban delete financial year for particular operator, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Passwords & Powers > Operator's.

• The user will select the operator to make desired changes.
• Suppose select '02' and press 'Enter' key.

• The user will click on 'Search In All' option.

• The user will search 'Delete' and click on 'Accept' button.

• In 'Delete Financial Year' option, the user will select 'N'.

• Press 'Esc' key.

• Click on 'Yes' button.

• A 'Powers Change' POP-UP will appear in which the user will press 'Esc' key.

• Click on 'Yes' button.

• Now, for Re- login the user will press 'Ctrl+U' key on the main screen.

• Enter the User ID and Password.

• Press 'Esc' key.

After following the above steps, the user can view you are not authorized alert will appear while deleting the financial year in Marg ERP Software.
