Go to Masters > Passwords & Powers > Update Operator's Powers > Search in all > Search .."Freez" > here is option show Data Freez upto / Prohibited / Hide / Close Master =>Change this option as "All" > Press Esc key > Save changes >YES.
NOTE:- Re-login in must after make changes.
