In Marg ERP Software, if at the time of Modify previous days entry an error displays 'Modification time over' then this issue can be resolved.

In order to allow user to modify previous days entry in Marg Software , the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Firstly, Go to Masters > Passwords & Powers > Operator's.

• A 'Password & Authority' window will appear.

• Select the user to make the desired changes.

• A 'Powers' window will appear in which the user will select ‘Search In All’.

• A 'Powers' window will appear in which the user will search 'Modification' .

• Click on ‘Accept’.

•  A 'Modification' window will appear.

• In 'All Accounting & Billing Modification Allowed Upto' option, the user will remove the number which was mentioned with this option.

•  The user will now press 'ESC' key.

• Again press 'ESC' key and then click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

• A 'Powers Change' POP-UP will appear in which the user will press 'ESC' key.

• Again press 'ESC' key and then click on ‘Yes’.

• Now in order to Re- login, the user will press 'Ctrl + U' on the main screen of the software. 

• A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will enter the User ID and Password.

• A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will press 'ESC' Key.

After following the above steps, the user can easily modify the bill.

1. Go to Masters > Passwords & Powers > Freez Data. Press 'Enter'.

2. A 'Freez Data' window will appear in which the user will Remove the Date in the 'Freeze Date' option(All).

3. Then the user will click on 'Accept'.
